Dalian Chenghe Precision Industry Co., Ltd, a Sino-Japanese joint venture, was founded in 2004. The company is located in the city of Dalian, which is against the Dahei Mountain in the north with beautiful scenery and is near Bohai on the east with a pleasant climate. It has a convenient transportation with Shenyang-Dalian highway and high speed rail are just in front of the company.
The company currently employs more than 180 people. There is 30 management employees, among whom, the college and university staff are accounted for more than 70%: 2 Japanese managers, 4 Japanese language specialist and 20 engineers and technicians, a painting and technical powerful person (Japanese). There are more than 140 employees in the first-line operation, 110 of whom are with technical secondary school and high school education, which is accounted for 80%. High-quality and high skilled workforce is a prerequisite to ensure product quality and is the basis for sustainable development of enterprises.
The company has two manufacturing bases. The total area is 18,000 square meters, with a 20- meter maximum height, a 21-meter maximum span, a 32-ton maximum hanging starting capacity of in the plant. It can produce the largest monomer weight of 50 tons or below.
The company currently has 2 sets of laser cutting machines, 2 sets of CNC turret punch, 4 sets of CNC bending machines, one set of CNC flame cutting machine ( plasma ) and several sets of advanced equipment around the world. And the Germany TRUMPF laser cutting machine (laser 3040) can cut carbon steel plate, white steel, aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, galvanized sheet, as well as a variety of other non-metallic materials, with the machining precision as high as 0.01mm. The maximum processing size is of 4000mm × 2000mm, carbon steel plate processing thickness of 20mm, white steel plate processing thickness of 15mm, aluminum and aluminum alloy plate processing thickness of 12mm. Advanced and adequate production equipment provide a good guarantee for the company's product quality and product delivery time.
Dalian Chenghe Precision Industry Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in manufacturing and coating of precision sheet metals and large non-standard products. Major products are: electrical locomotive distributing box and spare parts, liquid crystal drying machine, large air admission and exhausting ducts for power plants, anechoic chamber, air suction chamber, desulfurization stirrer, cinder scraper etc. All products are exported to Japan.
